At RIO we like our classes with tunes. Whether you need to pump it up, mellow out, or keep a steady flow, music sets an appropriate backdrop to your workout and often helps you get through it.
Music while working out is also great because:
– Helps you focus
– …Or distracts you if you need that to get through it
– Can give you a beat to move to and stay on pace
– Makes it FUN!
