About This Project

“sweat now, beer later”

My Sweat Life: running and circuits (give me a backyard/open space and some kettlebells, battle ropes, trx, a bench, I can make it work!)

What gets me out of bed: I’m motivated, knowing that my body can be pushed in so many ways- I love the thrill of trying something new, conquering goals and adding to my life experiences. I also find a lot of joy in connecting and building community!

What you can expect from my class: I’ll push you to try new things, to sweat (probably a lot), and to leave feeling like you conquered something you may not have expected yourself to do! there will always be top 40 jams playing, high fives on the regular, and smiles always!

My Fitness Journey: I taught for several years at Cyclone where I specialized in TRX, SPIN and circuit training in a group setting. I’m a marathoner with goals to qualify for Boston next October in Dublin, Ireland and I truly love living #thesweatlife.  If i’m not at one of the many gyms in the city, i’m running the streets to get my kms in, or working as an assistant manager at lululemon.

Where to find me: I used to consider myself a downtownie, living there for the past 7 years – but I’ve just recently purchased my first home in the north end of the city – so when i’m not at work or working out, I’m working on renovations with my boyfriend Morgan!
