My Sweat life: 6am sweat sessions in my basement, running in the park, or morning yoga flows.
What gets me out of bed: My desire to want to show up for my students and be present wholeheartedly gets me up every morning. They truly inspire me and remind me how much I love my “job”.

My Fitness Journey: Former Competitive Athlete now turned yogi, who once lived and breathed for challenging herself physically/mentally in any sport and now pursues seeking balance in every day life. 200hr YTT + 50hr Yin Training through Shanti Hot Yoga Studios.
Where to find me: Running/Hiking with my husband in our beautiful parks in HRM or indulging in Saturday Market Goodies.
