My Sweat Life: Fitness and movement is my art. It is where I am creative and fully present. I love to move (especially when it is in the shared space of a class). If I am not teaching a class, I am taken one. Right now it is all about pilates or yoga, where I learn the most.
What gets me out of bed: I love mornings and I never have to set an alarm clock. I love the quiet stillness that early mornings bring and the feeling of a fresh start.
What to expect from my classes: Energy! I love getting lost in the moment and giving every class my 100% focus. I combine awesome music, focused technique and a light heart. I want people to see results and have fun!
My fitness journey: Fitness has been my life for many years and I can truly say I have never been more connected and motivated then I am today. Fitness has taken on a much deeper meaning for me now. It is physical reflection of a mental journey. All things fitness can be transferred to real life. It goes far beyond physical appearance, it is about connecting with your body and your inner strength.
Where you can find me: I am all about family. We love to travel, ski, hangout at the beach and…eat!
