We’ve got a new class in town to kick-start your morning on Wednesdays. Come to Morning Jolt at 6:45AM for a group jog around the block followed by some restorative yoga poses in studio, then java and vegan donuts from enVie to reward . A perfect way to wake up and be alert, stay focused and get jolted to take on the day!
There are many benefits to stretching after running. Not only does it help cool your body down and recover from the exercise, but it also helps alleviate soreness from the main areas used while running – including your calf muscles, hip flexors, quadriceps and hamstrings. It inhibits cramps and helps increase flexibility and range of motion at the right time to do so – once your muscles have been warmed up.
Class is $10 and is open to everyone regardless of running abilities – no one will get left behind!
