RIO’s classes are meant to challenge you. We welcome all fitness levels, and offer modifications in every class. Always go at your own pace, but be prepared to SWEAT! We suggest you read the class descriptions online so you know what class you will be walking into.
If you are new to pilates or yoga, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can send you class recommendations based on your needs. Pilates is great for rehabilitating injuries and we have classes catered to this as well. If you are new to a class, inform the teacher of any injuries or concerns you might have and they will ensure we take extra special care of you.
