Our very own Pilates method. A modern, strengthening pilates class set apart with its diverse and dynamic sequences and flow of movement.Work the whole body in this class matching breath to rhythm and set to an upbeat and killer playlist.

Expect to be challenged but accessible for all levels.

RIO REFORM PILATES

Unplug and reset. This pilates class is slower, broken down and built up. The perfect way to release.

A great class for those new to pilates, dealing with injuries or to get a deeper understanding of the body in movement.

We are bringing sexy back with strong shoulders, defined arms, and tighter buns. Ripped, shredded and toned.

ESPRESSO SHOT

Short, sweet and oh so SWEATY.
This shot of joe features high intensity pilates interval training. Combine various movements that help to burn, strengthen, sculpt, and improve posture.
This is a circuit style class that includes cardio infused with body weight training.

All levels pilates cardio class that elevates the heart right while burning head to toe.

RIO METHOD CRUNCH

Abs, Abs, Abs.

Rock the midline in this core centred workout targeting all elements of the midsection.
Sizzle and Strengthen.

All levels core class.

TALL N LIFTED PILATES

An electric class to set you right. Standing sequences, lean legs, toned arms and muscular challenge. Stimulate head to toe while working in strong, lengthened positions. This class flows to a smooth and steady rhythm to empower the accessory muscles of the body to better support the larger ones.
